What we collect
This website does not have a database and does not use tracking cookies. The forms open your own email app. We only receive what you choose to send us by email, which may include:
- your name and email address
- your agency's name, postcode and phone number, if you apply for a founding place
- anything you write in your message
Why we use it
To reply to you, to arrange a call if you've applied, and occasionally to send you useful information about the Regency Engine. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, or your consent where you've asked for something.
Who else is involved
The website is hosted by Railway, and the fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google can see your device's IP address when the page loads. Our email is provided by our email service. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or work together, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless we're working together.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
