Who we are
This website is run by Regency Ai. You can contact us at alberto@eurosocks.com.
What this website is for
This website explains the Regency Engine and lets you save a seat on our free live session, apply for a founding place, or request our free Cost Sheet. None of these commits you to anything, and applying does not commit us to taking you on.
The free session
Walk In To A Full Diary is a free 45-minute live session on Zoom, on Tuesday 27 October 2026 at 8:00am UK time. If we ever need to move it, we'll email everyone who has saved a seat.
Our service and prices
- The Regency Engine is £600 a month, plus a £1,000 set-up fee, plus 5% of your ad spend. Your ad budget is separate and paid by you.
- The first three founding agencies pay £300 for their first month, in return for an honest testimonial.
- The set-up fee can be paid in one go or in two payments of £500, the second 30 days after the first.
- There is a 3-month minimum, then the service runs month to month.
- We work with one agency per full postcode (for example N3 3EY).
The full terms of any service will be set out in a written agreement before any work starts or any payment is taken.
The 90-Day Results Promise
Before we switch on, we count the viewings and valuations you booked in the month before. If after 90 days you are not booking more each month than that and you want to stop, we refund one month's fee (£600) and you are free to go. Your ad budget and the 5% of ad spend are not covered by the refund.
The calculator and Cost Sheet
The calculator and Cost Sheet are simple tools using your own numbers and a stated assumption. They are estimates to help you think, not a prediction, promise or result.
